فين مفتاح الترخيص بعد الشراء؟Where is my license key after purchase?
بيوصلك تلقائياً على الإيميل اللي دفعت بيه من Lemon Squeezy، وفيه رابط لحسابك برضه.It is emailed automatically to the address you paid with (Lemon Squeezy), and it is also in your Lemon Squeezy account.
إزاي أفعّل البرنامج؟How do I activate?
افتح صفحة «تفعيل الترخيص»، الصق المفتاح واضغط فعّل. تقدر تفحصه كمان من نفس الصفحة.Open the “Activate license” page, paste the key and press Activate. You can also validate it there.
ينفع أنقل الترخيص لجهاز تاني؟Can I move my license to another device?
الترخيص ليه عدد أجهزة محدد حسب الخطة. لو وصلت للحد، كلمنا ونفكّ جهاز قديم.Each plan has a device limit. If you reached it, contact us and we will release an old device.
البرنامج مش شغال أو فيه مشكلة؟Something is not working?
ابعتلنا على واتساب أو الإيميل واكتب اسم البرنامج ونسخة الويندوز ولقطة شاشة للمشكلة.Message us on WhatsApp or email with the app name, your Windows version and a screenshot.
